Only you can save you. Only you can truly help yourself.
A mental health daily journal is a helpful tool that can be used to track and record your daily experiences, emotions, and thoughts. In this journal, you can write down things like your accomplishments, positive experiences, as well as any struggles or challenges that you faced during the day. You can also use the journal to explore your emotions and feelings, identify any triggers that may have affected your mental health, and develop strategies for coping with stress, anxiety, or depression.
In addition, you can use the journal to set achievable goals for improving your mental health, record any progress you've made, and note any areas where you may need additional support. By keeping a daily journal, you can develop a greater awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and gain insights into how to improve your mental health and overall well-being.
I utilized a lot of these coping skills while I struggled to find my purpose and battle PTSD. It will only work IF YOU HELP YOURSELF!
Good luck on your mental health journey!
